Sonic heroes part 2 -E-gamecube
Sonic Heroes is an awesome game. Its about four teams of three guys each. Each team has three formations, including power, fly (which can paralyze enemies) and speed. Each character can pick up something called a core, which levels them up (maximum three levels). Each team also has a team blast, its a super powerful move. The plot is like all the Sonic the Hedgehog games, Eggman tries to destroy the world while Sonic and his friends try to stop him. Here are the teams.
Team Sonic - Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. This team has lots of high speed team action, its fast and fun and just a few hard parts. There Eggman battles, team battles (were your team battles another team), robot storms (where you battle many robots) and regular adventure stages. For new players, I would recommend starting with this team. The team blast is called blast away and it does damage to the things above them. In the challenge mode, there extra missions involve reaching the end within the time limit
Team Dark - Shadow, Rouge and Omega. This team is very hard and could be frustrating for new players. There are lots of hard parts and hard boss stages but it is fun and the cut scenes are very cool. In challenge mode, there extra missions involve destroying one hundred enemies. Their team blast is chaos inferno, it moves in a circle so it only hits what's around it (not above or below)and also stops time.
Team Rose - Amy, Cream and Big. This team is very easy and slow. The stages are short and there are not many rings to collect, and the enemies are weaker. Amy is not the ideal speed guy and her hammer is really weak, Cream can't fly that high or long and Big is relatively weak. I would not recommend this team for getting chaos emeralds due to their lack of speed. In challenge mode, their extra missions involve collecting 100 rings. Their team blast is flower power it hits in all directions (including above and below) but is weak in power. Its side effects are cool, it levels up each guy and makes them invincible for a short time.
Team Chaotix - Espio, Charmy and Vector. This team is differnt in its misshons are colleting stuff and getting past enemies without being seen. The guys are from the Knuckles Chaotix video game. They are fun to play, espio can turn invisble and throw razers, Vector has good range attacks and Charmy is a good flyer. In challenge mode, there extra missions are double whatever was in the story mode, like if it says find ten chao in story mode, it will be twenty in challenge mode. There team blast is concert blast, and it only hits what's in front of them.
There are lots of 2-player (2p) modes to play. You start with one and get one every 20 emblems, which you get after completing each stage. There are chaos emerald stages where you have to chase the emeralds in the specal zone, but just don't ignore them because you will need them for the last story once you complete all the other story modes. This last story mode involves Metal Sonic. I haven't done this one yet and will and my review when completed. Metal Sonic will appear in the team story modes as a fake Eggman. If you are having trouble playing the game, there is a sample mode that teaches you every thing you need to know and has all kind of music and other extras. gamergirl out!
